About Balewadi

Balewadi sits just north of Baner, between Baner and Mahalunge. It is best known for the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, which hosted the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games, and for Balewadi High Street, one of Pune's busiest dining and nightlife strips.

Much of the housing is newer than in Baner, with many high-rise gated societies built over the last fifteen years. That makes it a good place to look for recently completed, ready-to-move flats with modern amenities.
